Awaiting the Dragon
Hey All,
I thought I would make the most of the Bank Holiday weekend and use the extra day off work to post this weeks summary.
This week has seen the forecasted ‘fog of tiredness’ roll in. After some pretty big weeks & a return to long run sessions, I was expecting to be hit by the hangover so not to alarmed or demoralised by how I’ve felt this week.

Hey everyone,
I thought I would start using this (vivacoppi) blog to post my weekly summaries from now on - for various reasons - but simplicity being the prime one.
Please let me know what you think of the simple & clean lay-out - as I plan on customizing further - with specific content on various topics such as favourite sites, blogs, books, kit, nutrition etc.
Anyway, lets get on...
